Usage of Address
A prominent and convenient business address at Ginza 6-6-1
You may use your address at Executive Office Ginza as your registered business address in Japan. You may publish your address on your web site and use it on your printed materials such as your business card and company promotional materials, brochure, pamphlet, etc.
Private Office Suite
Open Monday through Saturday 9:00-20:45 (closed Sundays and National Holidays).
High-grade private office suites from 5 sqm to 12 sqm in size all rooms furnished with desks, chairs and file cabinet. All offices have windows overlooking the street that can be opened. The main entrance has an electronic keypad access system with intercom system for security.
Ceiling recessed air conditioning units with individual climate controls provide comfort without compromising space. All utilities are included.
Meeting Room
As a tenant at Executive Office Ginza you are entitled to use our sister facility Ginza Business Center.

At Ginza Business Center we have 22 reservable rooms of various sizes including larger rooms for up to 8,10 and 16 people.

You can use these rooms for meetings, seminars and company training sessions etc.
Usage of Ginza Business Center will be billed based on our point system.

Rooms for up to 6 people : 1 hour = 1 point
Rooms for 8-10 people : 1 hour = 2 points
Large room for up to 16 people : 1 hour = 4 points
Price per 1 point is 1,760 JPY(including tax).
Telephone Ansering and Voicemail Services
Private Secretary Services (Telephone Answering)
When you are out, you can transfer your calls to our switchboard and our secretaries will answer your calls with your preferred business greeting between 9am and 6pm Mon.-Fri. We take the greatest care to receive all pertinent details of the caller and will convey their messages to your company via email or telephone immediately as directed by your company.
We will receive the first 100 calls each month free of charge, excess calls received charged at 110 JPY(including tax).

After business hours your inbound calls will go directly to a voicemail system.
Instant notification of voicemail received will be forwarded to your company by email. You can access your voicemail 24 hours a day.

Secretarial Services (Document handling, etc)
Basic document handling services can be performed by our staff for a fee of 550 JPY(including tax) per 5 minutes, some services or special requests may be charged at current market prices.
Business Tools
Optical high-speed internet line free of charge. No software installation or setting changes necessary. Your own telephone line, modern office phone set with voicemail system Pre-installed in your office. Faxes are received by our secretary staff and delivered to your office or mailbox.

Professional cleaning of common areas and garbage and trash removal Mon.-Fri. early morning.
A yearly cleaning of your office carpet and air conditioner will be professionally assigned.
Mail, parcels and faxes all will be received by our secretary staff and delivered to your office or mailbox.
